The beds were very comfortable. Loved the kind bed!~ especially that it was a little lower and easy to get on it. Often beds seem to be a bit to high and we have to climb into bed. We called for the sheets and blanket for the sofa bed and they arrived within a couple minutes. The staff that checked us in were friendly. The breakfast was really good with a good selection to pick from. It was nice to have a larger dining area to eat in. Most hotels don't have a lot of seating available for breakfast. So this was nice. The pool was big and the water was perfect!

The number of recent scathing reviews was discouraging, but there were also a number of glowing recent reviews too, so we took a chance on this hotel. I can say happily that the room was very clean (I have high standards), the pool was great (I have 3 kids under 10), and the place felt safe. No smells of recreational drugs wafting through the halls either. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite being super busy (we booked the last king-sized bed w/ pull-out couch available that night, and the place was clearly hopping with guests). Very pleased.

We were there for a concert. I thought the fact that they had a 2 night minimum stay for was somewhat of a ripoff. I just needed to stay Saturday night. However, b/c it was a concert/event weekend; I had to stay 2 nights mandatory, and had to pay double for the room. So I literally paid what I would have paid for a 4 night stay on a regular week for a 2 night stay on this particular weekend. There should really be a rule against this type of gauging. It should be unlawful to do this.

I liked the location. I liked that Maintenance responded almost immediately when told that the shower water was not getting very hot. Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Jimmy John’s and Little Caesars in the courtyard of the property and within walking distance. Good buffet, Juicy Crab. Many other food places nearby and Walgreens. Manager was nice enough to waive early check in fee after a very long trip.

Breakfast was delicious and it had a variety of food to choose from. Room was big and comfortable to walk around with 5 in the room. Service from staff was friendly, helpful and nice to see them smile. The front desk allowed us to check out by 12 since it took us longer than expected to be ready to check out.
